Kindle Case came as described. Zippered edges of case ensures safety of kindle in addition to the ribboned corners. Customer service sent e-mail to verify satisfaction with product before I received the case. I got this case to protect my Kobo ereader. It fits great! I love the zipper that completely encloses your device and yet makes it accessible. No device removal is necessary. I got a clip-on book light to use with this case- just clip it to the center top and I'm good to go! The outer pocket is handy for storage of your booklight or charger (a bit small to fit both items comfortably, though). All in all, I am quite satisfied.
